To request a conversation with the FAHOW Mental Health Education Service, complete our Mental Health Education Service Request form. When you submit a request, you will be connected to a counselor who will engage you in meeting your needs. You will be referred to other community services that may meet your needs beyond the service offered by FAHOW.
